Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Goods purchased from Xclusive Stylzz may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery. You will have (14) days to initiate a return request from order delivery. Thus, we encourage you to inspect your order upon reception immediately and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos to support your claim.
