Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item(s) that appear to have been used, in any way will not qualify for a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Return Process:

2. Pack your return item(s)with the original packing, and keep all item(s) in good condition.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office or UPS within 14 days.
4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the tracking number of your returns, indicate the returned item(s), and the reason.
5. After our warehouse receives your return package, they will check it in 1-3 business days normally.
6. Then we will process the refund for you right away.
Requesting a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email. We will initiate the refund process within 1-5 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Delivery Time for Exchanged Products:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
